Q1. What weight loss programs do you offer? 

A1. We offer Semaglutide and Tirzepatide weight loss injections in three-month packages. These treatments are designed to help you achieve significant weight loss under medical supervision.

Q2. What kind of results can I expect, and how soon will I see them? 

A2. Many patients start to see noticeable weight loss within the first few weeks of treatment. Over the three-month commitment, you can expect significant weight loss, improved energy levels, and better overall health. Results may vary based on individual health factors and adherence to the prescribed plan.


Q3. How much do the weight loss programs cost?

A3. We offer our medications in 3 month packages. Semaglutide 3-Month Program: $325/month. Tirzepitide (Doses 10 mg and Under) 3-Month Program: $499/month.

Q4. What payment methods do you accept?

A4. We accept payments via credit card or Klarna for your convenience. Please indicate on your intake form if you prefer to charge the credit card on file or if you wish to proceed with Klarna. 

Q5. What is the process for starting treatment.

A5. First purchase a consult via the booking portal. A link to a GFE (Good Faith Evaluation/Medical Clearance Consultation) will be sent to your email, and you can complete your GFE at your convenience. Once you have been medically cleared the medication will be shipped directly to your house. Following completion of your 3-month program, you may schedule another appointment to continue treatment and renew your prescription.

Q6. How can patients get in contact with their provider?

A6. Patients can reach us through our 2-way text messaging feature or via email. We're here to assist you every step of the way.

Q7. Do you offer refunds or cancellations? 

A7. We do not offer refunds.  If you are not deemed a suitable candidate for the medication, you will not be charged for the medication, but your consult will not be refunded.

Q8. What is the response time for inquiries or messages?

A8. Our typical turnaround time for messages is 1 business day. For emergency care, please contact 911 immediately. If you have any further questions or need assistance, don't hesitate to reach out to us. We're here to help!
